Contact Me

Reaching out for support takes courage, especially if you’ve been holding a lot on your own. I aim to make this first step feel simple, safe, and welcoming. Whether you’re ready to schedule a first session or just want to ask a few questions, I’d be honored to connect with you.

I currently see clients by appointment through Nature-Centered Psychotherapy. Because I’m a rostered unlicensed psychotherapist, I work under the supervision of Christian Dymond, LMFT, as part of my graduate training.

You can contact me directly using the form below or by email. Once I receive your message, I’ll respond within 2–3 business days to schedule a time for a brief consultation or to discuss next steps.

If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please reach out for immediate support:

  • Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department

  • Call 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (24/7)

  • Text VT to 741741 for the Crisis Text Line

  • If you’re in Vermont, you can also contact First Call for Chittenden County at (802) 488-7777
